ABOUT CXMT

Founded in 2016, CXMT manufactures dynamic random-access memory (DRAM) chips that power mobile phones, PCs, tablets, servers and other consumer products and applications. CXMT specializes in DRAM design, manufacturing, sales, and R&D. Its 12-inch wafer fabs in Hefei and Beijing are currently in production. With strong R&D capacity, CXMT has already launched several DRAM products.
